At Crimrose Design Co, LLC all items are custom-made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the damaged item, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders placed online can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
Custom Orders
All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or shipping damage.
